Why are we offering FREE listings and a FREE Events Calendar Newsletter Service to help you promote your event and keep you informed?

Regional Events Live was started first and foremost as service to support the promotions of your Local and Regional Events and Activities.  For this reason, there will always be free services on this site.  By 2008 our aim is to be able to offer grants to support the development and promotions of your Local and Regional Events and Activities, be it a workshop a festival or market.  Please see About us for more information on this regional organisation.

What's the catch?

There is none, it's that simple.  All we ask is that you help us spread the word, Subscribe to Your events calendar  and Tell a friend now!  We don't advertise anything that's unsuitable or bombard you with product or associated advertising. 

About the free listing

On this page you enter all the information about your event. The event will go live on the site within 24 hours and will automatically be removed when the event is over.

7 days prior to the end date of the event, it will become eligible for inclusion in our subscribers FREE Event Calendar Newsletter.  If you feel that you need more marketing exposure than 7 days or would like your website address listed, you will need to review our paid listing options starting at $40 for 4 weeks targeted marketing direct to the audience that wants the information!

Each listing level has different value-added products that are available.  If you would like to include your website address, have increased newsletter exposure, include more than 15 words in your description, add a photo, a file or event schedule take advantage of our other advertising options and visit the Advertise now now section or review our listing rates for more information and prices on these other options.

Consider upgrading your listing to maximise marketing tools, increase description, categories and keywords. If you have an event that reoccurs on set dates, every week, fortnight or month you can have your event listed up to 12 times! Not only do we offer this, you can also elect to receive a complimentary reminder when you event is due to expire on our website.
Event Keywords: Keywords are used to help quickly find events in an area of interest. If your event is a soccer game in Wee Waa for example, you would probably enter - Wee Waa, Soccer, Sport, Game. The level of listing you have signed up to determines the number of keywords you can use. If you would like to add your event in more categories consider upgrading your listing to maximise marketing tools, increase description, categories and keywords
Town: * We help you maximise your exposure......Every event that's on is listed under a town area - it's simple, you enter the town where the event is and the event will show up on a search in the larger town ( where applicable) nearest your location.
